Each and every lease agreement entered into has differing Return Conditions for the asset in question. IBA has extensive knowledge of these Return Conditions, as well as the expertise and capability to monitor and carry out detailed Asset surveys, whether they are Delivery & Re-delivery Inspections, Asset Inspections and Records Auditing or Transfer of Registry (UK CAA E3 Records for Aircraft Import). We record the condition of the asset and provide detailed reports on these assets to our clients requesting the surveys. Lease Returns will be managed until the asset is returned to the Lessor on their conditions.
