IBA will manage the airline / operator / manufacturer’s Technical Library, ensuring that all OEM and Vendor documentation is current. The documentation will be provided electronically via platforms such as AV Data and "E-Man". Hardcopy information can also be provided and updated as required with revision control. Backup CD's and DVD's will also be provided in case of IT network failures.
