Each lease agreement has differing Return Conditions. IBA has extensive knowledge of these Return Conditions, as well as the capability to monitor and carry out detailed Asset surveys, including Delivery & Re-delivery Inspections, Asset Inspections and Records Auditing, and Transfer of Registry (UK CAA E3 Records for Aircraft Import). We record the condition of the asset and provide detailed reports on these assets to our clients requesting the surveys. Lease Returns will be managed until the asset is returned to the Lessor on their conditions.
