In recent years the content of lease documents has taken on a more technical bias. The person writing and reviewing the lease documentation needs to have a far greater technical knowledge and understanding. IBA’s service leverages, our in-house technical knowledge and experience to assist lessors/law firms with writing the documents and to supply the definitions. IBA also helps lessees review the documentation and understand the definitions. Incorrectly or badly written technical contact terms/definitions can compromise the success of an aircraft/engine lease.
