Ben LamzedDirector, Asset Management and Technical GroupJoining IBA in 2008, Ben brought with him 40 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, airline operations, finance, and leasing, mainly gained at senior management and Board Director level. Ben's diverse background provides a strong platform to deliver the company's technical and asset management services to its worldwide client base.

Kevin OramQuality ManagerKevin started his aviation career as an Avionic Apprentice with British Caledonian, before working his way up to become a Licensed Engineer holding approvals on various aircraft. Around 1990 he moved into 'quality' and subsequently held senior positions with several UK charter and scheduled operators, before joining IBA in 2007.

Alan MilesDirector, Regulatory Services and TrainingApprenticed with Rolls-Royce, Alan gained much experience in aircraft maintenance, technical records, planning and project management early in his career. Later he joined EAAC, establishing their JAR-145 approved Maintenance Company. Before joining IBA in 2006, he held several senior positions within airlines and provided consultancy services focusing on leasing and operations.

Mark HadfieldPlanning ManagerMark began his aviation career in 1989 working in maintenance planning for Air Europe. In 1991, he joined Virgin Atlantic as a Planning Engineer before becoming their Outsourced Maintenance Manager, responsible for the full management of all A340 and B747 outsourced airframe maintenance work. Mark joined IBA in April 2010.

James UniackeHead of Asset ManagementJames joins IBA after 23 years experience gained in a variety of aircraft asset management and remarketing roles at Focus Aviation, most recently holding the position of Head of Asset Management. Prior to this, he began his aviation career with BAe Systems as Sales Contracts Manager, followed by 8 years with Short Brothers as Regional Sales Manager.
