Since founding the business over 20 years ago, Laurie has gained the respect of the world's banking community for his extensive work on their behalf. Whilst with IBA, Laurie has conducted many hundreds of aircraft inspections, airline due diligence projects and aircraft purchases for clients from all sectors of the industry.
Phil Seymour

Phil Seymour

President and COO

Phil is a skilled engineer with 34 years experience, having worked within airline, maintenance, aircraft and engine leasing, and consultancy businesses. He is also a Senior ISTAT Certified Appraiser, qualifying in 2002. Joining IBA in 1997 as Technical Services Director, Phil became MD in 2001 and then President and COO in 2009.

Steve joined IBA in 2008 after 25 years in the finance and asset management industries. Working for organisations including HSBC, Security Pacific, Guinness Mahon and Nikko, he was later recruited by Rolls-Royce. Steve's broad expertise, with a solid financial bias, enables him to further enhance the services offered by the Group.
